This Privacy Policy governs the collection, use, storage, and disclosure of personal information by the Mizoram Labour Link mobile application ("App"), developed and operated by the Labour, Employment, Skill Development and Entrepreneurship Department (LESDE), Government of Mizoram, in collaboration with the ICT Department.

• Job-related information such as job postings, applications, messages, and chat communications between workers and employers.
• Verification documents uploaded for identity verification and authentication purposes.

Automatically Collected Information:

• Device information including model, operating system version, and unique device identifiers.
• Usage analytics, IP address, application version, and crash reports.
• Location information (GPS) when enabled by the user for job matching and location-based services.
• Cookies or similar technologies used for analytics and application functionality.

2. Purpose of Collection and Use of Information

We use collected information for the following purposes:

• Creating and managing user accounts.
• Facilitating job matching between workers and employers.
• Sending job alerts, notifications, SMS messages, and important service updates.
• Enabling communication between users.
• Verifying identities and preventing fraud, misuse, or unauthorized activities.
• Improving application performance, analytics, and user experience.
• Complying with legal and regulatory obligations.
• Any additional purpose with user consent.

3. Sharing of Information

We do not sell personal information to third parties.

Information may be shared only in the following circumstances:

• With other registered users where necessary for employment-related interactions.
